1) Improper Neutralization of Argument Delimiters in a Command (CVE-ID: CVE-1999-0346)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to read arbitrary files on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to missing input validation within the CGI PHP mlog script. A remote non-authenticated attacker can read arbitrary files on the system via a specially crafted HTTP request.
