Description
This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Code Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2015-8366)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in vectors related to indexes. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted request and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
2) Improper Initialization (CVE-ID: CVE-2015-8367)
The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code.
The phase_one_correct function in Libraw before 0.17.1 allows attackers to cause memory errors and possibly execute arbitrary code, related to memory object initialization.
