DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a local attacker to cause DOS condition on the target system.
The weakness exists in the hugetlb_mcopy_atomic_pte function in mm/hugetlb.c due to a superfluous implicit page unlock for VM_SHARED hugetlbfs mapping. A local attacker can cause the service to crash.
