Description

This security bulletin contains information about 6 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-8016)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote authenticated attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. A remote attacker can trick the victim to follow a specially crafted link and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.

2) Cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-14370)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote authenticated attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. A remote attacker can trick the victim to follow a specially crafted link and execute arbitrary HTML and script code in user's browser in context of vulnerable website.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may allow a remote attacker to steal potentially sensitive information, change appearance of the web page, perform phishing and drive-by-download attacks.

3) Cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-14371)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

4) Cross-site scripting (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-14372)

The disclosed vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

5) Arbitrary file upload (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-8025)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to upload arbitrary files.

The weakness exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. A remote attacker can upload malicious files via attachments to arbitrary paths on the web server.

6) Privilege escalation (CVE-ID: CVE-2017-14369)

The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the target system.

The weakness exists due to improper access and privilege controls. A remote attacker can elevate privileges and export certain application records.
