Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference error in GlusterFS in send_brick_req() function in glusterfsd/src/gf_attach.c. A local user can perform a denial of serivce (DoS) attack.

Mitigation

Install update from vendor's website.
