Description

This security bulletin contains information about 5 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Information disclosure (CVE-ID: N/A)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to excessive data output in HTTP Responses. A remote attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system.


2) Prototype pollution (CVE-ID: CVE-2019-11358)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and perform prototype pollution, which can result in information disclosure or data manipulation.


3) OS Command Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-15541)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary shell commands on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation. A remote unauthenticated attacker can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary OS commands on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.


4) Security restrictions bypass (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-15542)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to bypass implemented security restrictions.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions when processing the CHMOD command. A remote authenticated user can bypass implemented security restrictions and gain access to otherwise restricted directories on the system.


5) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-15543)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to bypass implemented security restrictions.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input when processing command arguments. A remote authenticated user can bypass implemented security restrictions.
