SB2021120329 - Multiple vulnerabilities in Crafter CMS

Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Information disclosure (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-23263)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to excessive data output by the application in CrafterEngine. A remote attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system.

2) Exposure of Resource to Wrong Sphere (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-23264)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the system.

The vulnerability exists due to no protection to Crafter Search during installation. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted request to create, view, and delete search indexes.
