Description

This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-22118)

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to application does not properly impose security restrictions in the WebFlux application, which leads to security restrictions bypass and privilege escalation.


2) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-2351)

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Advanced Networking Option in Oracle Database Server. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code.


3) Exposed dangerous method or function (CVE-ID: CVE-2020-10683)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to abuse implemented functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to dom4j allows by default external DTDs and External Entities. A remote attacker can abuse this functionality and perform XXE attack against application that uses dom4j default configuration.
