Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Security features bypass (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-32535)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to the execution with unnecessary privileges flaw. A remote attacker can bypass security restrictions and gain root access to the switch.
2) Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-32536)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper user access rights validation in the web server. A remote user can obtain administrator user access rights.
3) OS Command Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-32534)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary shell commands on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation in the diagnostics web interface. A remote user can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary OS commands on the target system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
