DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to error handling mechanism within the nbdcopy tool when performing multi-threaded copies using asynchronous nbd calls. This could result in the silent creation of a corrupted destination image.
Update the affected package libnbd to the latest version.
