Description
This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-39858)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform directory traversal attacks.
The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences in AtBroadcastReceiver. A local user can send a specially crafted HTTP request and write arbitrary files on the system.
2) Missing Authorization (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-39861)
The vulnerability allows a local user to bypass authorization checks.
The vulnerability exists due to unprotected receiver in AtBroadcastReceiver. A local user can record video without camera privilege.
