Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-25647)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data passed to writeReplace() method. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted data to the application and perform a denial of service attack.


2) Improper input validation (CVE-ID: CVE-2021-28490)

The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Segment (OWASP CSRFGuard) component in Oracle Retail Customer Management and Segmentation Foundation. A remote non-authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code.
