Description The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in MdeModulePkg/Core/PiSmmCore/PiSmmCore.c. A local user trigger an out-of-bounds write and execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
