SB2023041448 - Multiple vulnerabilities in SAP CRM

Description

This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.

1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-29189)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to manipulate HTTP requests.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in WebClient UI. A remote user can modify HTTP verbs used in requests and gain access to sensitive information.

2) Code Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-27897)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation. A remote user can send a specially crafted request and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.
