Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improperly controlled sequential memory allocation in the Juniper Networks Deep Packet Inspection-Decoder (JDPI-Decoder) Application Signature component. A remote attacker can cause the policies that rely on JDPI-Decoder actions to fail open.
