Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform MitM attack.

The vulnerability exists due to observable discrepancy in the IBMCA engine. A remote attacker can perform a timing-based side channel attack in RSA.

Mitigation

Update the affected package openssl-ibmca to the latest version.
