Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Improper privilege management (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-34120)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges.
The vulnerability exists due to improper privilege management. A local user can utilize higher level system privileges maintained by the Zoom client to spawn processes with escalated privileges.
2) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-34121)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. A remote attacker can gain access to sensitive information.
3) Improper access control (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-28603)
The vulnerability allows a local user to delete arbitrary files on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions within Zoom VDI client installer. A local user can delete arbitrary files on the system.
