Description

This security bulletin contains information about 5 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-0211)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within the DOCSIS dissector. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.


2) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-0210)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within the Zigbee TLV dissector. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.


3) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-0207)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within the HTTP3 dissector. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.


4) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-0209)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within the IEEE 1609.2 dissector. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.


5) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-0208)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input within the GVCP dissector. A remote attacker can pass specially crafted input to the application and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
