Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in IChangeDeviceProperty/RRChangeOutputProperty. A local user can trigger an out-of-bounds write and execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
