This security bulletin contains information about 2 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Spoofing attack (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-21320)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform spoofing attack.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect processing of user-supplied data in the Windows Themes. A remote attacker can trick a victim to manipulate a specially crafted file and spoof page content.


2) Race condition (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-20691)

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to sensitvie information.

The vulnerability exists due to a race condition in the Windows Themes. A local user can exploit the race and gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the target system.
