Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the xbc_alloc_mem(), xbc_parse_tree() and xbc_init() functions in lib/bootconfig.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
