1) Input validation error (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-1722)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to block other accounts from logging in.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input when User (Self) registration is enabled. A user that is registered with a username in email format can be "locked out".
