Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass implemented security restrictions.

The vulnerability exists due to an error within the gcry_md_get_algo_dlen() function. A remote attacker can send an invalid HMAC to the server that can be treated as valid.

Mitigation

Update the affected package booth to the latest version.
