Description

This security bulletin contains information about 4 secuirty vulnerabilities.


1) Code Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-30372)

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due server-side template injection within the implementation of getLinkText method. A remote user can send a specially crafted request and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.


2) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-5579)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the renderFieldMatch method. A remote administrator can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.


3) Deserialization of Untrusted Data (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-5580)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insecure input validation when processing serialized data within the loadFieldMatch method. A remote administrator can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.


4) Path traversal (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-5581)

The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences within the unzipFile method. A remote administrator can send a specially crafted HTTP request and read arbitrary files on the system, leading to arbitrary code execution.
