DescriptionThe vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise vulnerable system.
The vulnerability exists due to a missing null-termination character in the last element of a nvlist array string within the libnv. A remote attacker can trigger an out-of-bounds write and execute arbitrary code on the target system.
