Description
This security bulletin contains information about 3 secuirty vulnerabilities.
1) Authentication bypass using an alternate path or channel (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-11639)
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to compromise the affected system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper authentication in the admin web console. A remote non-authenticated attacker can bypass authentication process and gain administrative access to the application.
2) OS Command Injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-11772)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary shell commands on the target system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation. A remote user with admin privileges can pass specially crafted data to the application and execute arbitrary OS commands on the target system.
3) SQL injection (CVE-ID: CVE-2024-11773)
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary SQL queries in database.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient sanitization of user-supplied data. A remote user with admin privileges can send a specially crafted request to the affected application and execute arbitrary SQL commands within the application database.
