1) Use of uninitialized resource (CVE-ID: CVE-2022-50766)
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to use of uninitialized resource within the btrfs_init_new_buffer() function in fs/btrfs/extent-tree.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
Remediation
