1) Buffer overflow (CVE-ID: CVE-2023-54309)
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the function in drivers/char/tpm/tpm_vtpm_proxy.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
