Description
The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The weakness exists in the facter_task and puppet_conf functions due to the insufficient handling of user-supplied input. A remote attacker can submit a specially crafted string and execute arbitrary code.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may result in system compromise.

Update to version 3.4.
