Description
The vulnerability allows a local attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The weakness exists in the Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) implementation due to mishandling of a mutex within libsas. A local attacker can trigger certain error-handling code and cause the service to crash.

Mitigation
Update to version 4.15.10.
