Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to NULL pointer dereference in the function aubio_source_avcodec_readframe in io/source_avcodec.c. when processing malicious input. A remote attacker can trick the victim into playing a specially crafted audio file.

Mitigation
Install update from vendor's website.
