Description

The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated attacker to obtain potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists in the web-based UI of Cisco Secure Access Control Server due to improper handling of XML External Entities (XXEs) when parsing an XML file. A remote attacker can trick the administrator of an affected system into importing a specially crafted XML file and gain access to potentially sensitive information.

Mitigation
Update to version 5.8(10).
