Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to out-of-bounds read when patching an Openshift object using the 'oc patch' functionality. A remote attacker can cause a denial of service attack on the Openshift master api service which provides cluster management.

Mitigation
Update to version 3.7.
