Description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to conduct XML external entity attack and obtain ssensitive information on the target system.
The vulnerability exists in IBM Lotus Domino. A remote unauthenticated attacker can obtain potentially sensitive information by supplying specially crafted XML External Entity (XXE) data to the target interface and exploit a flaw in the XStream component.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in disclosure of system information.
Mitigation
IBM has issued a fix (8.53 FP6 Interim Fix 14, 9.01 FP6 Interim Fix 2).
