Description
The vulnerability allows a remote user to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a buffer overflow error in php_url_parse_ex() function. A remote attacker can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may result in complete compromise of vulnerable system.

Mitigation
Install the latest version: (5.5.38).
