Description
The vulnerability allows a remote user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to improper environment handling in Slurm. A remote user can run arbitrary commands as SlurmUser if the installation uses a PrologSlurmctld and/or EpilogSlurmctld script.
Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
