Description
The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper management of internal resources in the Virtual GPU Manager (nvidia.ko
). A remote user on the guest OS can cause a GPU interrupt storm on the hypervisor host, leading to a denial of service.
Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
