Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to other users' credentials.

The vulnerability exists due to NMDA MySQL Database backup stores a plain-text password in temporary config file during backup duration. A local user can view contents of the configuration file and obtain credentials to access MySQL databases.

Mitigation
Install updates from vendor's website.
