The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference error within the nvmet_tcp_build_pdu_iovec() function in drivers/nvme/target/tcp.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
