Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to memory leak within the mpi_set_controller_config_resp() function in drivers/scsi/pm8001/pm80xx_hwi.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
