Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to infinite loop within the hisi_clk_register_pll() function in drivers/clk/hisilicon/clk-hi3559a.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
