Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to resource management error within the mac80211_hwsim_beacon() function in drivers/net/wireless/mac80211_hwsim.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
