Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the scp_elf_read_ipi_buf_addr() and scp_ipi_init() functions in drivers/remoteproc/mtk_scp.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
