Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the DEFINE_PER_CPU() and perf_cgroup_switch() functions in kernel/events/core.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
