Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to an off-by-one error within the ltc2991_is_visible() function in drivers/hwmon/ltc2991.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
