Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the this_cpu_tmr_var() and timerlat_fd_release() functions in kernel/trace/trace_osnoise.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
