Description
The vulnerability allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The weakness exists in the uniqueness_entry_to_config() function due to improper NULL termination of an array in certain configurations of the uiduniq.c source code file. A remote attacker can send a specially crafted request, trigger out-of-bounds heap memory read in the uiduniq.c source code file and cause the service to crash.. 

Mitigation
Update to version 1.3.6 or later.
